Shipping Policy

Ready to dispatch items ship within 3-7 working days. After dispatch delivery takes up to 2-7 working days depending upon the location. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Pre-order items dispatch within 15-18 working days, orders may take longer than this due to Covid.

Shipping is free and shipping address to be provided during check out.

Items are subjected to change from Ready to Dispatch category to Pre order category depending upon the availability of sizes and colors.

No cancellations/refunds/returns will be allowed in any of the orders placed.

If the pre-order items get delayed the customer can opt for a credit voucher for future purchases within 12 months of issuance with Chiku Closet.

We are facing unavoidable delays on our pre orders due to Covid 19;

these delays are caused due to barriers enforced by the government on international shipments and permit to operate with limited staff

If you have received a damaged/ wrong product , please send the opening video over email only to chikucloset@gmail.com. After receiving the product a fresh piece/ credit voucher will be sent. An exchange request for a damaged/ wrong product without the opening video will not be taken into consideration.

We at Chiku Closet provide only size exchange. If the item didn't fit well the customer can raise an exchange request over email.

Damage Exchange request needs to be raised via email only

We offer damage exchange only. We need you to write to us at chikucloset@gmail.com within 2 working days or 48 Hours of delivery to maintain our hygiene policy with your order number. An exchanged request placed after 2 working days of delivery will not be considered in any case. Once acknowledged by our team we will arrange a reverse pick up. Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges / returns at INR 80.

On receiving the request, it takes up to 3 working days for the request to gets approved / rejected. On approval the items will be picked by within 3 working days. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse.

Please handover only those items for which the exchange request has been approved. If any other items are handed over, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.

The exchanged items need to packed securely and safely to maintain our hygeine policy. All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging, invoice and tags intact. In case of products which come without tag can be returned in the same condition. Any sign of usage or without invoice / tags will give us a right to reject the exchange. Products like Swimwear, Bodysuits, Lingerie and bags aren’t eligible for exchanges due to standard hygiene protocols.

Once received, the products will undergo a quality check and a fresh piece or credit voucher with a validity up to 12 months will be issued to the customer (no refund)
REFUND POLICY

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled/refunded

If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the item or any other delays, we can cancel the order and issue a credit voucher

The credit voucher can be used for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance with Chiku Closet

Any order cancellations can be done only if the order is delayed past the delivery time and on cancellation only a credit voucher will be issued to the customer.
